Email support@duneed.app, in English or Turkish. Three things make a reply faster: what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Add the app version (Settings, then About, then Version) and your iPhone’s iOS version. Please leave out card numbers, passwords and photos of receipts. Nothing we do needs them.
From inside the app
- Contact support (Settings, then About) opens an email to the address above, with the app version already in the subject.
- Tell us what went wrong (Settings, then About) sends a short report without leaving the app. Choose what went wrong and write a few words. Attaching the app version, iOS version and language is a switch you control, and nothing from your receipts or pantry goes with it. Add an email address only if you would like a reply. This form is in version 1.1.0 and later.
Quick answers
A receipt was read badly
Choose “A receipt read badly” in Tell us what went wrong and describe what the receipt said and what Duneed made of it. There is no photo to send: receipt photos are read once and never kept.
I paid for Premium and the app still says Free
Open Settings, then About, then Restore purchases. It looks for earlier purchases on the Apple Account that is signed in to the App Store on that phone. If it finds none, the app says so.
Cancel, change or get a refund for a subscription
Your subscription is with Apple, not with Duneed. Cancel or change it in the iPhone’s Settings app: your name, then Subscriptions. In Duneed, Subscription details on the Premium card opens the same page. Refunds are Apple’s to give; ask at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting your Duneed account does not cancel a subscription.
Take my data with me, or erase it
Settings, then Export or delete your data, lets you save everything as files or clear the phone. Signed in with Apple, you can also use Delete account at the top of Settings. It removes your account and what it synced to our server straight away. The Privacy Policy lists the few records that survive.
